You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery or from the latest estimated delivery date.

To request a return or refund:

  • Go to your Order Details page.
  • Click REQUEST REFUND” once your order status is marked as Received.”
  • Complete the form with the required information.
  • Our team will review and respond to your request within 2 business days.

📦 Return Eligibility Guidelines

We’re happy to process your return as long as:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery.
  • You submit a valid reason and supporting details (e.g., photo, tracking info).
  • You’ve received the correct return address from our support team before sending anything back.
  • You can provide a valid tracking number for returned items.

Refund Requests May Be Denied If:

  • It’s been more than 30 days since the order was delivered.
  • Items were returned without prior approval or without our return address.
  • A valid tracking number is not provided.

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel items before they are shipped by visiting your Order History section.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

💳 How Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Once processed, you should see the credit within 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • If your refund does not appear, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for assistance.
