  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the USA
  • International Shipping: Orders outside the USA are subject to standard shipping rates, calculated based on location and order weight at checkout.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the system.

5. 🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Africa4Me is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

6. 🏠 Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. 📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@africa4me.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We’ll assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, Africa4Me is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
