2. 💸 Shipping Costs
International Shipping: Orders outside the USA are subject to standard shipping rates, calculated based on location and order weight at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4. 📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the system.
5. 🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
Africa4Me is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
6. 🏠 Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
7. 📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@africa4me.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, Africa4Me is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
