Handcrafted in South Africa, these earrings are shaded pinwheels of brass accented with polished brass strips. The coloration on these 1.25-inch long earrings, which hang from brass hooks, is achieved with high heat rather than paints or dyes. To find matching pieces, search for the numeric part of the SKU (e.g. 493 for SKU H-493). The earrings are free from lead & nickel or any other allergy producing substances. Sprayed with a clear lacquer, the piece requires only a soft cloth for polishing. Once the lacquer wears off, which can take several years depending on the amount of wear, a household metal polish can be used.
