Each Circle of Elephants is handcrafted from Kisii soapstone, found only in the hills of southwestern Kenya. The mining process is labor-intensive, relying on traditional hand tools such as shovels, picks, axes, and machetes. Once carved, artisans carefully sand and polish each piece, transforming raw stone into stunning works of art.
